UGent TechTransfer is looking for an employee for the portfolio management and project management of the IOF valorisation projects in the domain of the physical sciences.
The IOF cell within UGent TechTransfer is responsible for managing the Industrial Research Fund (IOF). The IOF aims to stimulate the transfer of academic knowledge to the business community. In addition to internal project financing, this fund provides a supportive framework for cooperation between the university, its academic partners and industry.
As a project officer you are responsible for the portfolio management and project management of the IOF valorisation projects (innovation projects with the aim of generating a proof of concept and commercializing technology through licenses and spin-offs) in the domain of the physical sciences.
