Minister Muyters at VLIR meeting day: universities thinking and acting

On Tuesday March 8th 2016, VLIR highlighted the role of the universities in innovation and the added value for society and industry. Over 200 participants from the academic, governmental and industrial world listened to different topics: from ‘how to translate research into applied research’ to a panel discussion on ‘the role of universities in a changing research and innovation landscape’. Flemish Minister Philippe Muyters closed the session with a speech on his policy for Work, Economy, Science and Innovation.
